These terms apply to udaipurvisit.com, run by Udaipur Visit, a Qubescape brand based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India (“Udaipur Visit”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Udaipur Visit started as an Instagram page sharing Udaipur’s food, travel and local news, and is now a discovery platform for the city. We publish guides, help you plan trips, and connect you with local partners for things like cabs, stays and weddings.

We are not a travel agent, cab company, hotel or wedding planner, and we do not operate any of those services ourselves.

Our guides, listings and articles are general information, written to help you enjoy Udaipur. We work hard to keep them accurate, but things in a living city change: opening hours, ticket prices, festival dates, routes and rules can all change without notice.

Please check current timings, fees and availability with the place itself before you go. We can’t guarantee that everything on the site is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

When you ask for help with a cab, a stay, a wedding or anything else, we may put you in touch with independent local providers such as cab operators, hotels and wedding vendors. These partners are separate businesses. They are responsible for:

• the quality and safety of their own services;
• their prices, quotes, payment terms and invoices;
• their own booking, cancellation and refund policies.

Any booking you make is an agreement between you and that provider. Please read their terms before you pay or confirm. We choose partners carefully, but we can’t control their day-to-day service, so we are not responsible for what they do or fail to do. If something goes wrong, let us know and we will do what we reasonably can to help sort it out.

When you use Plan Your Trip, we create a personalised itinerary from your answers, partly using automated tools, and email it to you. Treat it as a set of suggestions, not a booking or guarantee. Travel times, timings, weather, crowds and closures vary, so use your own judgement and check the details before you set off.

Requests made through Travel Assistance (cabs, rentals, guides and similar) are only confirmed once you have agreed the details and price directly with the provider.

Our wedding and event enquiry service helps you explore options and connects you with venues and vendors. Any ideas, estimates or venue suggestions we share are for guidance only. Availability, pricing and contracts are agreed directly between you and the venue or vendor you choose.

Our investment pages share general information about Udaipur’s economy and opportunities. They are not financial, legal or investment advice. Do your own research and speak to a qualified professional before making any investment decision. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of this content.

If you contact us about a brand collaboration or business promotion, the scope, deliverables, fees and timelines will be agreed separately in writing. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create an agreement on either side.

When you use the site, please don’t:

• send false, misleading or someone else’s details through our forms;
• spam our forms or use them to send abusive or unlawful content;
• try to hack, overload or interfere with the site, or scrape it with automated tools;
• use the site for anything illegal under Indian law.

We may ignore or block enquiries that break these rules.

Please make sure the details you send are accurate, and that you have permission to share details of anyone else in your group. If you send us photos, reviews or suggestions, you agree we may use them to improve our guides and services. We will ask before publishing anything that identifies you.

The text, photos, graphics, logo and design of this site belong to Udaipur Visit or to the people who have licensed them to us. You are welcome to read, share links to and print pages for personal use. Please don’t copy, republish or use our content or photos commercially without written permission. Want to use something? Just ask.

The site links to other websites and apps, including Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp and partner sites. We don’t control them and are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

We provide the site and our free planning help in good faith and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by third-party providers, outdated information, or events outside our reasonable control such as weather, strikes, closures or travel disruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan. Before going down that road, please write to us; most problems are solved faster with a conversation.

We may update these terms as the site and our services grow. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
